Odela Construction inc. ("Odela", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the course of our work, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

What we collect
When you contact us or fill out our project form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, region, the description of your project and any plans or photos you choose to send. If we work together, we also keep the information needed to prepare estimates, contracts and invoices, such as the project address.
Why we collect it
We use this information to answer your request, book a visit, prepare an estimate, carry out and invoice the work, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for purposes other than those listed here without your consent.
Who has access
Only Odela staff who need it for your project have access. Some information may be shared with subcontractors working on your project, and with service providers that host our systems (such as our business software provider, Odoo). These providers may store data outside Québec; we make sure they offer adequate protection.
Cookies
This website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example, to remember your language). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, accounting records). Requests that do not lead to a project are anonymized 12 months after our last exchange.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting the person in charge above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
